What:

This series of workshops is a collective act of applying open-minded awareness to our lives, centered around a different theme in each workshop.
We will meet to explore and share our stories through discussion, contemplation and other methods. In a safe and supportive space, we will gradually unravel and reframe the limiting stories we tell ourselves about who we are.
Each week has a different theme and a different guest teacher. A sampling of workshops:
