What:

This series of workshops is a collective act of applying open-minded awareness to our lives, centered around a different theme in each workshop.

We will meet to explore and share our stories through discussion, contemplation and other methods. In a safe and supportive space, we will gradually unravel and reframe the limiting stories we tell ourselves about who we are.

Each week has a different theme and a different guest teacher. A sampling of workshops:

Border art: Self-portraits by Faith Ringgold, Frida Kahlo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Ai Weiwei, Marc Chagall, Lucian Freud, Leonard Tsuguharu Foujita, Pablo Picasso, Ali Zohdi, Paloma McClain, Adrian Piper, Cecile Jadin, Irvin Rodriguez, Andrei Tonita, Loribelle Spirovski, Salvador Dali, Gustave Courbet, John Wilson, Norman Lewis, Barkley L.
